The fund was established to support the Royal Government’s efforts in promoting a clean and sustainable energy future while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. On this occasion, the CEO presented the “Energy Efficiency Revolving Fund (EERF)” as a long-term financing mechanism designed to provide preferential loan terms to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Cambodia.
