Loan disbursement under the fund will be facilitated by CIMB Bank and FTB Bank, with SME Bank serving as the implementing agency.
The fund offers SMEs favorable financing conditions, including a maximum interest rate of 5.5% per annum, a loan tenor of up to 10 years, and eligibility for investments in energy-efficient equipment and facilities. In addition, the EERF places strong emphasis on supporting women-owned or women-led enterprises, with a target of allocating at least 30% of total loan volume to such businesses. All beneficiaries are required to adhere to social and environmental protection principles, ensuring that investments contribute positively to sustainable development.
