JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business and technical requirements
• Build/Maintain MIS application, internal and regulatory reports
• Manage issues/changes, and coordinate with vendors for resolutions
• Involved as a project team member and support the implementation of Information Systems and digital technology-related projects
• Develop/Improve standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with policy, internal/external audit, and regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Management Information Systems or other related fields
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in software development from the Banking industry or MFIs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and organization skills
• Hands-on experience with SQL, SQL Reporting Service, Analysis Service, and/or Business Intelligent tools
• Experience in designing and developing reports and data visualization dashboards
• Experience in writing complex queries and data analysis in various databases
• Knowledge of version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, or Subversion)
