JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To set up the standardized process in Credit Operation unit.
- To set up the credit procedure and credit policy related Credit Operation unit.
- To assist the Trade Operation marketing Team if there is a requirement.
- To Implement and handle the Trade Finance System to ensure the system is smooth and full functionality.
- To solve any matter related to internal or external stakeholders related to Trade Operation process.
- Dealing with customers on loan processing and Trade Finance products to ensure they meet the requirements.
- Provide coaching and mentoring related Trade Operation and Credit Management if there is a requirement from management.
- Provide the support related core banking setting up if there is requirement from management.
- Perform the assigned tasks with high integrity and professional conduct.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Management.
PERSON SPECIFICATION KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES
- Holding at least bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Obtaining at least 7 years’ Credit experience and more than 03 years in Trade Operation.
- Having acceptable knowledge in good credit practices, customer protection concept, and responsible lending to avoid negative impact on environment and society.
- Being able to produce and present necessary reports using computer applications such as Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Experiencing a competitive working environment.
