The CEO of SME Bank Participates as Key Speaker at the Launch of the “Energy Efficiency Revolving Fund”

Phnom Penh, July 1, 2026 – Mr. CHEA Sophak, CEO of SME Bank, participated as a key speaker at the launch ceremony of the “Energy Efficiency Revolving Fund (EERF)”, organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) at Hyatt Regency Hotel.

The fund was established to support the Royal Government’s efforts in promoting a clean and sustainable energy future while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. On this occasion, the CEO presented the “Energy Efficiency Revolving Fund (EERF)” as a long-term financing mechanism designed to provide preferential loan terms to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Cambodia.
